Online Courses
A refund will be issued for the purchase of any online course if:
- The request for a refund is made within 150 days of the purchase date, and
- The course has been used for fewer than two hours, according to our records.
Course Cancellation
Jiva reserves the right to cancel any course due to inadequate enrollment or events beyond our control. If a course is cancelled, participants will be informed by telephone and/or e-mail with as much notice as possible. Participants may then register for another course or receive reimbursement of the course fees.
Classroom Courses
A refund will be issued for the purchase of any classroom course if:
- The request for a refund is made within 150 days of the purchase date, and
- The request for a refund is made at least 14 days before the class start date, and
- The online course materials have been used for fewer than two hours, according to our records.*
*If the online materials have been used for more than two hours, the purchase is still eligible for a refund equal to the difference between the cost of the classroom course and equivalent online course.
Course Fees
Course fees may vary across offerings due to a variety of factors. Advertised costs are subject to change without notice. However, course fees will not change once registration is complete and a receipt has been issued.
Course Capacity
Jiva’s Centre for Pipeline Knowledge reserves the right to refuse students once a course has reached capacity. When appropriate, a waiting list will be arranged.
