The Pipeline Technology Journal (PTJ) recently posted an interview with Jiva’s President, Reena Sahney. In the article, Reena offers her thoughts on how she was able to build a successful career as a woman in a predominantly male-centric field. Among her responses, Reena highlights the importance of collaboration as well as diversity of gender and thought within the energy industry, and the benefits that can result from applying these ideas.
